I would not work in any other boots but Royer agility arctic grip 8" work boots. I work in a warehouse where I do two different jobs, and I need oil slip resistant boots. The boots remain dry while working in water. I also work in a freezer unit where I walk in and out and the floor gets very slippery but I have never slipped wearing these boots. I swear by them and I have been wearing them for a year now.

I find the boots really good for light work like I do. I can travel thru an airport without removing them as there is no metal in them, thereby saving space in my luggage. I have worked full days and did not feel them that much, like did not overheat when inside and they are quite light and comfy.

The rear top of the boots have a tendency to chaff the skin of my calves so I have to ensure I wear tall socks. They are water resistant but the inside water stays warm.

I use them a lot to drive on my motorcycle (rain or shine) for their confort and safe boots to wear.
