Tight opening for the slip on style, I'm not comfortable wearing it for 8 hrs work. Requested for exchange but customer service said, I need to pay the shipping to send it back. I paid $26.72 for the cheapest delivery at Canada post. I ended to ask for refund than to exchange for other shoes then if not good for me, I will pay again to ship it back.
